To finish the day off with dessert, Chef Joshua Smith of Catch 27 will demonstrate how to make homemade ice cream (with St. Augustine Distillery Double Cask Bourbon) using liquid nitrogen - the coolest way to make ice cream. He’ll simultaneously show how to make the frozen treat using a standard ice cream maker so everyone can make their own at home.
